Pam has over 25 years of financial expertise, combining institutional-level precision with personalized, premier client service. She's served as a trusted advisor and right-hand to business owners, entrepreneurs, individuals, and families managing bookkeeping, accounting, and complex financial operations. Pam's consultative approach and deep understanding of sophisticated financial needs make her an invaluable partner to discerning clients, who demand the highest level of financial accuracy, discretion, and professionalism.
Pam's career includes senior capital markets positions at Shearson Lehman Brothers, Schroders, and Matinecock Investments, as well as extensive experience in investment management and private family office operations. Her unique combination of financial markets expertise and operational excellence enables her to deliver strategic insights alongside flawless execution.
Pam is a proud graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where she earned her B.A. degree in political science and economics. A devoted Tar Heel, she remains deeply connected to her alma mater through her service on boards at the university. When she's not cheering on Carolina or volunteering in her community, you'll likely find Pam on the golf course or out sailing One-Designs. She loves staying active outdoors and believes in the power of service—whether it's to her alma mater or her local community.

Randy knows what it takes to build a business from the ground up. He understands the critical importance of cash flow management and the operational decisions that separate thriving businesses from struggling ones. Early in his career, he co-founded Hilton Capital Markets and Two Bridge Media. This firsthand experience shaped how he serves Turlington Hicks LLC Bookkeeping’s clients—with strategic solutions that save time, reduce costs and drive growth.Â
Randy’s career includes over 20 years in senior business development roles at eClerx, Encompass Corporation and TwoFour Consulting supporting Wall Street’s largest banks and investment firms. His expertise contributed to growth from early-stage operations to established enterprises, with a consistent focus on strategic growth, customized client service and operational excellence.
Randy earned his degree in economics and business management from North Carolina State University. He combines his financial acumen with a deep commitment to service and integrity. Randy currently serves on the finance committee at his Church where he has also served as Deacon and Ruling Elder—responsibilities that reflect his dedication to stewardship and serving his community with care and purpose.
